Swiss Cottage School, Development and Research Centre is a special needs school in the London Borough of Camden. We have 260 pupils aged 5 to 19 who are identified with complex needs profiles. www.swisscottage.camden.sch.uk

We are looking for a HLTA with expertise in the area of PE / Swimming to make significant contributions to our diverse school community:

Essential Requirements:

  • Passion for creating positive climates of learning 
  • Knowledge and understanding of special educational needs through experience in the classroom or other settings.
  • Knowledge and understanding of special educational needs through completion of relevant courses and training, demonstrating a commitment to continued professional development and learning (CPDL).
  • Positive attitude and positive behaviour management philosophies.

Salary: NJC Scale 6, spinal point 17 - 20 (pro-rated £31,516 to £32,945)
